Four wheelin' fun

One of the things we love about lake life is how fun and generous our neighbors are. This fall we got the chance to go four-wheeling with a group of about 40 people. The group left the Pinehurst and made our way into the woods. When we reached a scenic spot between two lakes, a smorgasbord unfolded from the vehicles: two grills started up, and folding tables emerged and quickly filled with meats, salads, and sweets. It was a picture-perfect day.
